Aspnix for reselling (windows) hosting?

Hello, I would like to start reselling (windows) hosting in US and EU - what are the best web hosts for this?
The one I found is Aspnix.com, but still don't know if I can trust them? What can you say about them, their stability, speed of pages upload, customer support?

What alternative web hosts can you recommend me to look at?

Never have downtime dealing with Aspnix.com. The price is reasonable. Management people are also friendly, really can't ask for more.

The control panel seemed a little daunting and techie at first, but it's fine when you get used to it.
