Which summer ski resort would you recommend?

Hi! We're planning a group ski trip for July or August. Which European summer resort with a decent glacier and plenty of activities after the slopes close would you recommend? We're looking for a place with a variety of activities.

The main question is where you can be sure to find decent snow in the morning during the summer instead of slush from the very beginning. What’s the infrastructure like during the summer anyway? Are the major equipment rental shops open on-site, or are most closed until winter? This would mean you’d have to find gear in advance. I don't want to arrive to find that only one shack is open, offering worn-out skis at triple the price due to a lack of competition.

Last summer, I went to Tignes, France. In my opinion, is the best spots for summer skiing. The Grand Motte rises to nearly 3,000 meters, so the snow holds up quite well until lunchtime. And, after 1:00 p.m., when the lifts close, there are plenty of activities at the lower lake, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, beach volleyball, and hiking. Since I don’t have my own gear, I rented it through https://getski.com/ . From home, I went to the website, checked which locations were open for my dates, and secured a fair online price without any markups. When I arrived, I just picked up my pre-sharpened skis, jacket, and helmet. It’s a great option if you don't want to buy expensive gear just for one trip. Plus, your luggage will be lighter.
