Can somebody give some tips to increase my website's Page Rank?

I don't think you will have the chance to increase the page rank for your website. The page rank update has been stopped by Google and they are more concentrated in ranking keywords in search results. But still you can work on quality link building and content updates so that you can be in a chance to improve PR if Google updates it in the near future.

Normally by getting high pr backlinks to your website is helps to increase PR of the website. but PR updation is stopped by Google. so pr of website never change. If Google will update it can change.

In Page Rank is calculated based on quality of backlinks, so you have to increase your backlinks.

Google seems to give weight to the title of your page. By title, I mean the text that is sandwiched between the HTML <TITLE> tags in the <HEAD> section of your web page. Ask other high-quality websites to link to your website.
Publish your website details in high pr press release sites.
Post some high quality content in good article directories and take a backlink from them.
