Here are some things that can help you to solve weight loss problem, you may be suffering from:
1. Start exercising
2. Join a gym
3. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
4. Avoid junk food and sugary drinks
5. Go for a walk after you dinner
6. Avoid too much use of phone and laptops

Having success in losing weight can be difficult at times, but can be achieved by having a simple mindset. 1- Drink Lemon juice at least once in a day.
2- Eat a banana in the morning with warm milk.
3- You need to do regular workout.
4- Eat egg or omelet.
