    Here are some things that can help you to solve weight loss problem, you may be suffering from:

    1. Start exercising
    2. Join a gym
    3. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
    4. Avoid junk food and sugary drinks
    5. Go for a walk after you dinner
    6. Avoid too much use of phone and laptops
    7. Keep laughing..

    Having success in losing weight can be difficult at times, but can be achieved by having a simple mindset. That mindset requires understanding that in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than what you take in. So in other words you have to create a deficit of calories in order to lose weight. That deficit can be achieved by simply exercising more or another route would be to take in a less calories.

    Keep in mind just by taking in less calories alone will definitely assist as well, but the weight loss will be more gradual and take a lot longer. When you combine exercising more than you usually would and in addition watch what you are eating and taking in less calories and eating "better" than the weight loss will be quicker.

    1- Drink Lemon juice at least once in a day.
    2- Eat a banana in the morning with warm milk.
    3- You need to do regular workout.
    4- Eat egg or omelet.

    Best way of losing weight is avoid junk food,use more salad do gym and try to walk maximum in a day.
